KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: SAI & CO - EP

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has released two more bright and shiny pop songs to liven up your day.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is celebrating her 5th year in the entertainment business and she has unveiled a pair of new songs that will appear on her KPP BEST albums to be released soon. I say albums because there are going to be at least two editions. One will have 3 CDS and 1 DVD and the other one will be a limited edition 1 CD version. Funny how they do that, eh? I mean, if the 1 disc version wasn't limited edition then fans who shell out for the 3 CD version wouldn't have any reason to buy it. So, to get people to buy both versions you make the 1 disc version a limited edition deal.

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: ゆめのはじまりんりん [Yume no Hajimarinrin]

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is back! Not that she's ever gone away. And not that any of her singles have ever flopped. I just find it very exciting whenever she releases new music!

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: NANDA COLLECTION

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: NANDA COLLECTION

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's second album has finally arrived, saving the world from the flames of hell and the zombie apocalypse.

Just what the world needs -- another Asian music album with the word collection in the title! Which I'm only complaining about because that's the only thing even slightly disappointing about this, the second album by model turned singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: INVADER INVADER

By Paris365 on May 09, 2013

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: INVADER INVADER

"Invader Invader" is Kyary's heaviest song to date and her darkest as well, though her main agenda remains fun, fun, fun.

Kyary has been collaborating with Capsule's mastermind Yasutaka Nakata since she started her music career. He's produced and written or co-written every song that she's released thus far. And that might have had some of her fans wishing she'd work with somebody new, to see what she might sound like with a different producer or other songwriters. Well, those fans will have to wait because she's collaborated with Yasutaka once again on her new single, "Invader Invader." That said, "Invader Invader" does not sound like any of the other songs they've done together.

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: NINJYA RE BANG BANG

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: NINJYA RE BANG BANG

Kyary and capsule's Yasutaka Nakata have struck gold again. Another major electro/J-pop gem.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has once again worked with capsule's brilliant Yasutaka Nakata on her irresistible new single " にんじゃりばんばん," also known as ""Ninjya Re Bang Bang" (Google translation: "Turn Turn Ninja"). The video for the song is highly adorable, perhaps her best yet. Even rivals "Fashion Monster." But I'll let you check it out for yourself. I'm just here to spoil the song. Well, not spoil it exactly -- I'm just here to tell you that you simply must hear it... And so...

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: FASHION MONSTER

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: FASHION MONSTER

Kyary's third single, "ファッションモンスター," or "Fashion Monster," once again finds her collaborating with capsule mastermind Nakata Yasutaka, who wrote and produced the relentlessly monstrous track. It kicks off with some clattering drums which quickly give way to strings, horns, synth and assorted sounds that are very much like carnival music, which is more or less Kyary's trademark sound at this point.

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: ぱみゅぱみゅレボリューション [PAMYU PAMYU REVOLUTION]

By Paris365 on May 22, 2012

KYARY PAMYU PAMYU: ぱみゅぱみゅレボリューション [PAMYU PAMYU REVOLUTION]

Kyary began her career as a fashion blogger from Tokyo's Harajuku district. It wasn't long before she started modeling and became something of an overnight sensation, releasing her own brand of fake eyelashes and doing all sorts of fashion shows. But what she really wanted to do, it would seem, is make music. Highly addictive electro/pop/bubblegum/dance music.
